Trillium Health Partners Thank You Cards

An important part of Trillium Health Partners is recognizing excellence in staff efforts, often done through physically written thank you cards. With the outbreak of COVID-19, this digital solution was created to deliver cards anywhere in the world, leveraging SharePoint's REST APIs, Nintex Workflows and an array of 3D CSS animations.
