SMS Support Application

When rolling out major applications, there was a need to contact on-the-floor support staff on their phones from the launch command centre, be it to communicate roll-out information or poll for issues.

Leveraging Twilio APIs, ChartJS and .NET MVC, this application was built to send mass text messages, communicate one-on-one with recipients, and to poll for various responses for an "at-a-glace" status report.
