The cardiovascular rehabilitation department of Trillium Health Partners was looking to design and implement a brand new patient management system to track patient progress in their program.
OnTrack was built in an agile software development cycle, allowing the program administrators to register patients, enroll them in a variety of appointments, track medical statistics, and export dozens of reports per patient.
Created in ASP.NET MVC 4, with a Bootstrap 4 front-end, and leveraging libraries such as FontAwesome, CKEditor and FullCalendar, OnTrack is a very modern looking and powerful application.
