Diagnostic Imaging Requisitions

To this day, most health organizations continue to use paper copies and faxes when it comes to filing requisitions for MRIs. With the rollout of the Trillium electronic requisitions application, requisitions can be completed quickly and easily online, while ensuring the validity of the requisition (dropping the fail/return rate for electronic requisitons to a virtual 0%).

The SharePoint 2013 application, built in Bootstrap 4 and leveraging a custom "FormElement" engine written in JavaScript, uses the built in SharePoint REST services to quickly and dynamically make requisitions.
